Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh on Monday announced that seven members of a militant group had been arrested for questioning in connection with the recent murder of two migrant workers from Bihar. According to the police, two teenage construction workers from Bihar were shot and killed on Saturday night in Kakching district.
